Actually, it's "Vallstray no Kisen", or "Vallstray's Shining Whirlwind".

"Vallstray the Great" and "Star Fire" are just sub-titles.

Actually, I don't know if it's "Kisen" or "Sasen" or "Zasen". The furigana is too small. My bet is on "Kisen", though.

Anyway, has anyone else noticed that Soldier Force seems to have disappeared from their site?

Yeah, I don't know what up with the missing Soldier Force page as well. It's not even available on Himeya Shop anymore.

From what I see in doujin shops, companies don't seem to mind much with regards to the use of their characters and franchises, but in this case, I think we could all say that SF was a little too close to the original.

Maybe Husdon just got a little flustered when they saw a doujin work that could rival even their own offerings. ^_^

P.S. The "ki" in their "kisen" can be interpreted as "shining", "radiant", or "brilliant". Which sounds more poetic? Take your pick. =P

P.S.2. "Kisen" looks like it's a made-up word, or some really, really, really deep Japanese word. It doesn't show up in my dictionaries. The individual Kanji 「輝飆」do show up, though.

So there you have it, my useless trivia for the day. =P

not useless to me. ;)

thanks again!

Joakim's new game looks gorgeous from what I can see. Where'd you find the image? I don't see it anywhere on his site.

And Gish 2! Hell yes.
